These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of handtecs.com (the "Website"), operated by Handtecs (Chengdu Heiyan Technology Co., Ltd., "Handtecs", "we", "us"), Chengdu, Sichuan, China. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

The Website provides general information about our company, AI agent solutions (including campus AI assistants), training programs and events. Content is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer, a binding commitment or professional advice.
